Corporate Governance

Good corporate governance - pointing out corporate directors who should and shouldn't be elected anywhere. This is my attempt to keep track of good people for board of directors and keep track of people who should be avoided.

Micron's stock tanks, everybody gets new stock grants to make it all right for them, nevermind the shareholders

And who's on this underperforming board?

This is tougher than it sounds.... the site does its best not to put everybody on one page.... if they did that, it would make tracking down these underperformers easier.....

Oh wait, found it, sort of....

Steven R. Appleton - Chairman and CEO of Micron.
Teruaki Aoki - Executive Managing Director at Sony.
James W. Bagley - Chairman of Lam Research, also on the board at Teradyne.
Mercedes Johnson - CFO for Avago, also on the board at Intersil
Lawrence N. Mondry - CEO of CSK Auto, also on the board of Golfsmith
Robert E. Switz - CEO of ADC Telco, on the boards of HickoryTech and Broadcom.

CSK Auto just got current on their SEC filings, and I think they've finally got a new CFO. Always reassuring when the CFO slot is empty. Just off their 52 week low.

Lam Research is currently delinquent in their SEC filings.
