Who's on their board of directors who mismanaged the firm into the ground like this?
Ralph J. Yarro III - Chairman - former CEO of the Canopy group. Doesnt seem to have done much before becoming chairman of the firm (how does that happen?) other than sue a former employer for wrongful termination.
Darl McBride - President and CEO - former CEO of PointServe, sued a former employer for breach of contract.
Darcy Mott - former CFO of Canopy. Also sued the same former employer as Ralph Yarro for wrongful termination.
R. Duff Thompson - member of the board of directors of Tarantella. Managing General Partner of EsNet. On the boards of Syzygy and O2 Exchange.
J. Kent Millington - Former VP at Verio, Entrepeneur in Residence at Utah Valley State College.
Omar Leeman - Executive VP of Sales Marketing and Training at AccessData.
Former President of MCI Business Markets.
Daniel Campbell - Former Managing General Partner of EsNet. Former partner for Price Waterhouse. Director of Nu Skin Enterprises.
